Astaş Holding opened Maçka Residences Interior Design by Armani / Casa Managed by Kempinski in December 2012, followed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences, Bodrum at Cennet Bay in 2014. With the establishment of this project consisting of a luxury resort, villas and residences and the introduction of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s legendary services and amenities to Bodrum, the destination has taken its place amongst the world’s most prestigious holiday destinations.

Pursuing the vision of realising the best projects by collaborating with some of the world’s most prestigious brands in prime locations, Astaş, acquired the land of Kuruçeşme Arena in 2012 extending their successful collaboration with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to Istanbul. Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul started welcoming guests in 2021.
